It's weird, this season's range of dudes are more varied. Usually they'd have more alpha-type guys. Even physically, the shortest guys last few seasons were like 5'11. I think the finalists last season were each like 6'4-5.

They are there to get on TV, to get noticed, and to either get Jo Jo at the end for more publicity, or to be chosen as the next Bachelor when it is one guy and 25 girls after him.
