Never did and never will, I only train legs x1 a week. I used to train it a lot a while ago when everyone had this "le leg day" meme on the internet but i realised most of them have no idea what they're talking about and as long as you try legs somewhat frequently they'll be proportionate. (natty)

I didn't break it, just ****ed it up, thought that video would be funny though lol. I squatted heavy as chit for for years without any issues, then I got hurt once and now I'm way more prone it re-injure that same spot.
It's bullchit, took a month off squat, worked on my mobility, came back slowly, and still got fuarked up lifting with lighter weight and an 8-12 rep range. I've just been doing high reps with 225 lately. Used to be able to do 315 for high reps, max in the mid fours.
Don't ever remember getting hurt dead lifting though and that's the one everyone usually does.Brosplit Crew

leg day is chit but i legit have a natural concave ass. so it had to be done. watching my ass grow was enough motivation to help me stick it out.
that feel when your ass actually starts to hold your pants up. das it mane.
and i also hold legit like 95% of my fat in my love handles/lower back. which just makes the ass situation that much worse.My loony bun is fine

I measured my calves and saw they had shrunk 2 inches. That was when I realized maybe doing legs wasn't so bad.
