Let me break it down for you homeboy.

Let's go to Wal-Mart and get crackin'

20 stack of hash browns 4 dollars
Big bag of frozen turkey patties 6 dollars
A couple dollars on some cheese
Egg white product is like 4 bucks.

This will give you over two weeks breakfasts for under 15 bucks. I cook a weeks worth at a time on Sunday. Here are the macros with 1/2 cup serving of egg product each

    Cals 352
    Protein 25
    Carb 19 Fat 11.

Skeet skeet a little Southwest Cholula on there and BAM breakfast is served

White rice is dirt cheap. It's about a buck per pound uncooked, which translates to a lot of rice when it's cooked. Frozen vegetables are really cheap, especially if you skip the steamer bags and just get frozen veggies. You just put them in a bowl of water and microwave them anyway, the steamer bag is a gimmick they use to change more under the guise of convenience. Frozen vegetables are already convenient as hell so be have some pride and don't buy them. I also like cheap bags of stir fry. Buy the big bag of frozen chicken, it is cheap and will go far.

Bake the chicken (shake and bake for me) and use butter spray on the rice, with a side of veggies. Cook the stir fry in a little teriyaki and put it on top of the rice. I eat this every day and it never gets old. It is also CHEAP!

In addition to the above, beans are cheap and a great source of fiber.
