    Good form. Straight back, hips and knees extending at the same time, good leg drive, nice lockout and speed

    One small thing to do is remember to keep your head nuetral

    Reps look pretty good. Make sure you're breathing and bracing correctly, and taking the slack of out of the bar before lifting it.

    I think what he mean's is to ''pull'' yourself into position using the weight of the bar before starting the acctual lift.
    in this way you are ''thight'' true out the entire lift.

    and i would say lean back a little when you have your starting position.
    Allmost to the point that you will fall backwards.
    This wil help you get ''thight'' ,and maintain a little more upright position + you'll let your bodyweight almost pull the weight of the floor for you.

    A good tip i got from someone is the bottom part of your deadlift should feel like a leggpress!!

    It's pulling upwards on the bar and holding it there with straight arms, before you start the lift, so that as soon as you rise at all, so does the bar. A tight setup is crucial.
