THe universe is ridiculously massive. It's so massive that we could never even begin to fathom how vast it actually is. We think the distance from us to Pluto is large, whereas far points in the universe are some thousands of millions of light years away. Think about that for a bit and realize how fuking far that is. We're only able to see up to a point. After that, it's the unknown. We know there exists galaxies similar to the one that planet earth is found in, which probably has similar planets which most definitely has life. Now, little green men as depicted in hollywood movies? Probably not.

It's known in physics that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, so even if we were able to travel at 99.9% of the speed of light, just imagine how long it would take us to get to the farthest reaches of the universe. If intelligent EBE's were able to make it to earth, they would have had to have discovered how to find wormholes in space and use those to cross two points in time. And why would they pick this planet?

I am not either, I do like good conspiracy theories as they relate to aliens however, the best one I heard is these beings are real, aliens, they're from a planet that is pretty much dead due to used up resources and war.
