Alright so here's some quick snapshots of my bulk that went from September to a couple weeks ago.
Pic 1: September- Flat and exhausted after a cut that went to long in an attempt to get peeled like an onion
Pic 2: Recent- Dropped my cals just slightly and lost quite a bit of my bulking bloat
I tried to keep it lean, I attempted to get as shredded as possible over summer and lost some size so this bulk was mostly just regaining my lost mass but I do feel like I made some quality gains from last spring time. Now I'm currently in a mini-cut at the moment, but want to bulk into summer before going into any hardcore cut (I may not even cut, I don't know, think I might give up on the shreds and just keep relatively lean like I am now).

Will post pictures if it helps. I went on the "have a baby in the middle of winter" bulk. Let me tell you, it worked! I gained 15 lbs in 4 months. A lot of it was fat, but my old man strength is going through the roof! Because it was my first baby, I didn't have the chance to train as much as I wanted to, but I have already started my cut. Down 10 lbs, and I will continue to cut until I hit 200 or less.
I retained a large portion of my strength and still found that my bis and back are almost as strong as when I was constantly training, no doubt to the baby holding at 4 AM.
I would give thorough reviews and honest opinions. I have a BS in biochemistry, so maybe that will help me sound smarter in them tooA desk is a dangerous place from which to watch the world. -- John le Carre

What the hell, if you'll accept me I would like to give it a try. I need something to assist in losing weight. I didn't put on winter bulk because I have been losing weight since I've began in August, 2015. I started my journey at 336lbs, and I'm now bouncing between 251lbs and 259lbs and have been this weight for at least a month now, maybe longer. I really need to break this and lose another ten pounds so I can start running. I go to the gym five, sometimes six times a week on top of a lot of other things, for example according to my fitbit I walked 35 miles last week, and did 94 flights of stairs. And I still didn't lose a pound of weight and my average calories is 2100-2500, with a couple of days eating 3000 because I just felt uncharacteristially hungry.
-Your training style/program
::Outdoors::
I do a common daily bodyweight conditioning that involves a superset of 1 mile walk, 20 box jumps (onto a rock), 20 body-weight lunges, 20 body-weight squats, and 1 minute of jump rope. If I have the time I do this for five sets. I almost always have the time for three sets.
::Gym - Genesis North Topeka::
I usually use a four week cycle. One week is cycle training on machines where I do sets of 16 for endurance. The next three weeks is compound exercises. One week using four sets of eight reps with at least two different exercises per muscle group. Two weeks doing five sets; 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 using three exercises per muscle group, sometimes four for major muscles. I get bored if I do something more than two weeks, so my program changes a lot.
-Your weight gain results
I dont plan on weight gains.
-Strength gains
I probably gain 20% to 30% in strength when compared to my endurance weeks, but sometimes lose some strength when I doing sets of 16. But quickly reach where I was within a week of ending my endurance runs. Right now I can bench 225 sets of 8, squat 315 sets of 8, deadlift 315 sets of 6.
-What your goals were
My goal is to reach a body-weight of 214lbs with useable, flexible strength that allows me to be mobile.
-Did you hit your goals
