Whole Foods Wednesday w/ the Girlfriend
I got cilantro rice, spanish rice, chicken breast, a sliver of mac & cheese + mashed potatoes, mushroom and broccoli
How I estimated the macros:
The whole thing came out to 16.1 oz so I looked at it & saw that it was about 5 oz of chicken, I would say the 2 scoops of rice is equivalent to Chipotle's 2 scoops so 4 oz each, then I used KFC's mac & cheese and mashed potatoes judging that it is about half to 3/4 that serving I just made it a full serving to slightly overshoot.
5-6 oz chicken + 8 oz rice = 13 oz.. Yogurtland's container is 0.5 oz & this is about double that so let's say 1 oz.. that's 14 oz.. add 0.75 oz of mac & cheese and 0.75 oz of mashed potatoes & you got about 15.5 to 16.1 oz total
I guesstimated the macros to be 15F - 80C - 45P.. if we actually add it up.. it comes out to
795 calories.. 23F - 103C - 48P.. which gets us to 20% margin of error.. which is "close enough"
All in all.. doing it this way gets me a helluva lot closer than just saying "fck it"

I ate like a dumbass today & left myself 5F - 70C - 70P w/ 8 hours left in my day.. this is how I managed to fix the problem

Pre-Bed - 400g egg whites w/ spinach, 1/2 cup of oatmeal mixed w/ 1/2 scoop of whey protons
Macros: 65F - 250C - 190P
Misc: Never again lol.. no excuses.

Yikes! I got this done about 3yrs ago (was going to get braces so had to get all 4 removed on the same day), I too had procrastinated for years but they kept getting infected and bringing me problems the longer I had them. Looking back i think it's just the first few days that are the worst then starts to get better from there. I've never regretted it though and stopped getting a whole lot of issues that I had before. All the best with that
Also I think it's really great you and your girlfriend support each other in your healthy lifestyle, nothing beats IRL support for sure. And loving the food pics too=================

I'm glad your wisdom teeth removal went well & that you're not having any more issues with them. I feel anxious about the surgery but it's all good! Just more excited about how it will affect/limit my food options.

Yeah.. I did notice strength loss (1-2 reps per set and 10-20 lbs).... probably from a mixture of losing weight & not getting gains from unicorn land anymore lol.. however.. I'm not really concerned with it because 1) i'm not a powerlifter 2) aesthestics is the only goal lol

Huge new low: 152.2#
I did a planned 500-700 calorie increase from my usual ~2350 calories on Saturday to ~2950 calories
My weight shot up from 156.8 to 158 on Sunday the next morning
Today after using the restroom.. I dropped to 152.2
It is a pretty steep drop.
I think I'm gonna keep things the same this week at 65F - 250C - 190P & have another 500-700 calorie increase on Saturday
Cardio will be kept the same also at 300 kcal 5x a week
Billy Bnizzle from the Contest Prep section is gonna take me to get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled today.. I'll update when I can

1 AM - Take 1 Fat Burner/Appetite Suppressant Pill
(I don't like fat burners because of the jitters & black pepper taste etc. but today I needed to do what I had to do for surgery)

SMOOTHIE: Blend 1.5 scoops of whey protons, 1 Carbmaster Cinnamon Roll yogurt, 1 TBSP PB, 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 fish oil

Starbucks Iced Coffee w/ nonfat milk & splenda
Meal 4 Pre-Bed around 8 PM
14 egg whites w/ 28g cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1.5 TBSP PB, 1 scoop of whey
Macros: 65F - 250C - 190P
Misc: There you guys go.. even with losing all 4 wisdom teeth in 1 day.. NO EXCUSES!
