My package just came in the mail today, so let's get this bad boy started eh?
Worth mentioning going into this is a nagging, elbow/shoulder injury...
Nothing serious, just thinking it's a nerve issue. Started using an elbow brace to alleviate some of the tension in my elbow which has worked wonders. I just really have to easy into any exercises that pertain any use of my shoulder/rotator.
Another injury related mention, I'm working with an umbilical hernia at the moment...
My squat is a huge concern for me in this department and I've been taking it seriously easy in that department just as a precaution. This is my 3rd hernia, my last two were bilateral in my groin in highschool. No issues, no pain... however I'm going to try to kick things up a notch for you guys in here!
Also worth mentioning, I will be cutting throughout the entirety of this log/stack...
Not really expecting it to affect my lifts too much, as that typically hasn't been a problem for me when cutting, unless I'm doing a serious carb deficit/reload diet.

Weight: 215-220 Dependent on the time of day I weigh-in
Flat Bench PR: 335 x 1 Hit on 2/1/16

Was starting a new job at the local prison so I figured it was the best to get something like that out of the way.
