Fat doesn't have tone. If you're butt is saggy, then it doesn't have enough muscle.
Don't know what you can do for your boobs other than better bras or plastic surgery. You can't help the hopeless.

At the ripe old age of 21, any breast sagginess is likely due to excess fat which, as Partyrocking said, has no tone. No woman's breasts will withstand the long term effects of gravity (barring surgical intervention) and larger breasts or those belonging to women who've gone through a pregnancy or large weight loss may tend to be affected more. But that's not going to suddenly happen out of the blue within a month's time.
As for your butt, again Partyrocking is spot on with saying you need more muscle. I'd just add that it may be an excess fat issue too.

LOL, I came thinking this was going to be a thread about my age group. I agree with the above posters. I had a large chest at 21 and my boobs sagged then despite my age, but it wasn't something that happened in a month's time. Fat doesn't have "tone" so you can't do anything to harden it up. You can lose fat if you have excess to uncover the muscle you have, or build muscle to tighten and define your body. Both might help the firmness of your backside over time. You can't do much for the chest though as the breast tissue and fat is on top of the muscle. If it's a matter of excess skin, that MAY tighten up a little with fat loss but in my experience it was negligible tightening.

Yes, the lulz when I noticed the age. Myself, I'm 38 and don't think I'm an old fart just yet (unless I'm just delusional...) and while some parts are not as nice as when I was 21 (two kids, so dem milk factories have seen better days...), some other parts are much finer

When I was 21, I weighed roughly 190lbs. I'm much happier with my body now. Yes, you can get better. with age.

"sag" can simply be too much fat, not enough muscle, both, or the OP has an unrealistic body image.
As far as not being able to run/swim or do a pushup.... that is pretty easily correctable, and even easier the younger you are... none of what you described has a thing to do with "old".
I started my fitness journey at 28, couldn't even run a mile.... nearly 35 now and I get better every year. There is plenty left of my "youth" and the fact is I look better now than I did in my 20's at 130 pounds. This just makes me shake my head and laugh. I got 60 - 80 year old women in my spin classes who could out cardio us all (they also look amazing and are not "old")
There is nothing "old" about OP..
There are people who develop eating disorders because they fear their body looking like a "woman" (getting wider hips, breasts, etc) not saying op is one of those, but its not out of the realm of possibility if one thinks they are "old and saggy" with so much of their "youth" left.www.bikinisandbiceps.com
