I enjoy amento but I train hard and heavy with low reps (1-5). And notice when not on it, my endurance and strength go down. Kind of similar to when cycling off of creatine. I just want to call it quits half way through the workout.
My friend trains high reps and low rest and didn't notice anything from amento.
