Today was a ****ty day.
Had a cold over the weekend spent all weekend blowing my nose. Today I felt it.
Only got 2 sets of 382.5x5 and ohp felt like crap.

Doing great Musid ... seriously heavy weights and very good looking squats, OHPs and deads on your intensity day last week. You make that 420 on your back look very light whereas I'd imagine just feeling crushed standing there I assume you've had another big session on Saturday so looking forward to that as well

Notes: Bench is disappointing - at one point I was benching 275x5 for sets. After my competition I will program bench better but for now I'll just do a moderate single before my work sets.

Notes: Not the greatest intensity day. Disappointed with my DL. I also wanted 3 reps on squats and DL. I bought a pair of proper DL shoes that should be coming in by my next Intensity Day so I expect that to help with my DL. I'll prolly shoot for 425x3 on squats next week and 435x3 on DL next week.
I marked 185x3 as a PR on OHP because my form was more strict than its ever been with those.
Finally hit bw @ 197. I'm going to cut to 195 to be safe.

Nice PR on the OHPs Musid ... I love the way you attacked the bar at the beginning. Really tight looking form and strong. I'd be happy to be benching that

Been a crazy week.
Volume day was sub bar, intensity day was sub par too.
For Bench I did 260x4x4...coulda gone for more just very off this week.
On the bright side - I hit 195lb BW today .
