First post pls don't bully. Not sure if this is in the right forum or not but I couldn't find this info anywhere.
I've been taking 5g of creatine monohydrate every day, but I just ordered the JYM pre JYM pre workout and it contains 2g of creatine hydrochloride.
Should I keep taking 5g of creatine mono along with the 2g of hydro? Or should I lower my creatine mono intake to 3g. Would prefer to keep taking 5g of that but I'm worried that 7g in total is too much. Thx
