Due to injuries I can't give a typical Squat/bench/deadlift so I will go with a PR I hit this week, Hammerstrength back machine overhand grip 10 plates (450) x 15. Lateral raises 45lbsx11, and standing calf raises 360-370lbsx15 (or maybe 20 I have to check, I was cramping up after that set so I'm interested to see what I hit next leg day.

Great company here! Local shop swears by 360Test and pre. One of the guys there days they both sell like hotcakes.

Best ever:
Bench 325, Squat 405, DL 425. Those were not all at one time but the best I had over the years.
