So,i've always wondered,what is the ideal male body according to women? Please post what you think.
Here is what i think. Low bodyfat, 7-10%,some muscle but not too much.
Like the guy has a nice set of abs,some arms and a nice chest. So basicly ripped but not too much muscle.
