I avoid South High like the plague and as such have never been there. If I want Italian in Cbus.......and I rarely do........I'd suggest Lindy's, Z Cuccina, Marcella's, or Basa Italia.

when im looking for italian food in cbus i like to go to the food court at the convention center to see what they offer me. if not there i like pizza hut and the buffet or chef boyardee and some fine kroger brand italian bread.
ummmmmmmmmm...thats good cooking.
post arnold thoughts and comments.
1. free protein bars made my whole weekend. if i didnt go all year without eating them i might not really give two poo's about them but seeing as its the only time i ever have them they were tasty.
2. mike is always the toughest person to get to see on arnold weekend. i think i saw ronnie and arnold more in the three days i was there than mike and i could have gone without seeing either of them. more hhh though would have made the trip.
3. i wish i could have spent some more time with dedicated. we got to talk for 10-15 minutes of so on saturday but somehow he and his cohorts were stuck in a cluster f' of an aisle with more clothing booths than supp booths. i dont know why that area was so busy but i do not like that so i only spent a little time over there.
4. im a little mad at dedicated too. when i shook his hand he starting to gnaw on it which was a little strange but i let it pass. then he took a huge bite out of my hand and sent me to the hospital for stitches. id like dedicated to pay my hospital bill please!!!
it was nice to get away and see some people and relax for a while. i took home a nice amount of supps for the next couple of months and now i get to look forward to my bday on thursday. im still planning the bday out but i think sushi is on the menu plus a biscotti ice cream sandwich for sure.this signature was purchased by melon:

Ive been back to eating whole foods the last few days.
Last night my GF and I went on a double date to Melting Pot.
Had the following:
-Cheese Fondue (I only ate the cauliflower/broccoli with the cheese)
-Spinach salad (gave up after about 2 bites, too annoying to chew)
-Surf N Turf for 2 (really lean, soft filet and 2 lobster tails)
-Extra side of Chicken Breast
My GF had the Graham Cracker, cheesecake, fruit Fondue dessert. I didnt even try it. It took me long enough just to chew my food.
Overall, it was a pretty cool experience. However, not in my top 10 choices at all.

are you allowed to workout while your jaw heals or is it limited?
melting pot is good "date" place but overrated and not that good of food.

My school had a social event at Wagamamas.
Let's just say I ate 7 plates worth of ridiculously good food. I don't even know what half the stuff was called.

very true their sir!
in particular, i like when they have Turkey Burgers being cooked, they are to die for.
just as close is the pizzas they let you sample, they are great, but the hot juicy turkey burgers cant be beat.
