When tailgated I brake check + slow down 100% of the time. If you do this and create skid marks or getting rear ended, you're doing it wrong lol. There is an art to it, you don't just slam the brakes like a tard.

When I start getting tailgated I slow the hell down. I'm 6'5'' and my head touches the roof of my jeep so I doubt they'll do have the nuts to do anything.

On the highway I'm probably the only one who does a true 65. When the exit comes up I usually end up with a line of 10 cars behind me. Once we get off the ramp they move into another lane and give me the dirtiest looks.

If you're in the proper lane there is no problem with doing the speed limit on the highway,

if you're in the wrong lane it's illegal.

But isn't that causing traffic? I think it'd be worse going slow and causing traffic than going faster. Yea, it's over the speed limit but if I remember right the DMV driving manual for California says on the highway you should go at a speed that doesn't cause traffic or somechit like that.
