Damn, I feel like my elbows are inflamed. I think it's from doing lots of curls and then doing around 70 push-ups before bed. I'll keep from aggravating it until it goes away. Besides massaging the tendons and taking 600mg Advil/day, anything else I could do?

yeah my elbow will bother me when i do a ton of pressing some times. usually its a case of mild radial nerve entrapment.

I do a set of 50, do some ab work, then finish off with 20 in less than 15 seconds.

too scared to bench with weights where I struggle on the fifth rep with w/o a spotter crew
so 185 is technically my max.
i'm sure with a spotter i have 205 in me

Eh that's some first year lifting type stuff. As long as your not using clips to bench you can just slide the weights off of the side. Commercial gym or basement gym? If it was a commercial gym I wouldn't worry, someone will see you flailing in pain and help you. Then you can do your next set.

I started benching maybe seven or eight months ago so it's my weakest lift, right after my 315 DL which I don't even bother with.

Sick progress bro, mirin how you have no hip fat and them sickening ab symmetry, i am the complete opposite i will have shredded arms and chest but still hip fat is the last to go alas

Why are people saying compounds don't build muscle? I know most of the SCCers love compound lifts, but why the hate on bench? If you have ever seen someone bench 405 raw, you will understand that they have giant chest, delts, triceps.
