-called it there to give my knee a rest. Did easily an hour of mobility work and felt great afterwards. Deadlifts dont seem to effect my knee, but deep squats do.Squat: 515x1

Havent updated in a while. Nothing too crazy to comment on.
-Tendonitis finally subsided enough to train events efficiently, havent really pushed my squat at all.
-Been hitting a bunch of Close Grip bench rep PRs and Hit 300 for a single the other day. Tfw bench finally catches up with push jerk lmao!
-Ordered a 12" Log from Beastmetals which should be in within the next couple weeks.
About 4 weeks out from my next contest.Squat: 515x1
