I can still tell the difference between black and white

Bombshell: Tsarnaev Prosecution Exhibit Shows Backpack Different Color Than One Tsarnaev Carried
High quality image files from just-posted evidence exhibits in the Tsarnaev trial by the US Department of Justice show conclusively that the backpack carried by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in a surveillance video, and the one said to contain the bomb which killed eight-year-old Richard Martin, do not remotely match in color. The US Department of Justice exhibits show that one is black and the other is white.
A full set of the exhibits shown in court was posted on April 6, 2015. On day 2 of the trial, a 2.7 megabyte image Exhibit 29, labeled "exh_29.pdf," shows that the full frontal panel of the backpack near Richard Martin is black, which is how the prosecution initially described both backpacks used to carry the bombs. But in surveillance videos of the brothers on that day, the pack carried by Dzhokhar is white with black trim, including the frontal panel.
A close examination of the backpack is made possible by the extremely high resolution of the images, which can be zoomed in on by any user viewing the image at justice.gov.

In the indictment dated June 27, 2013, the prosecution in the Tsarnaev trial said:
"The IEDs that exploded at the Marathon were constructed from pressure cookers, low explosive powder, shrapnel, adhesive, and other materials. They were concealed inside black backpacks."The major media, which has not taken note of the discrepancy, has reported that the jury has gone into deliberations after the Tsarnaev defense team told the jury "it was him." No cross-examination of the evidence was made by the defense.

Cliffs: OP hopes the gullible readers don't catch on that each brother carried a different color backpack, so when he mixes the pictures, they don't realize they're being lied to.
BRB - Mass murderer ADMITS to the crime, so it must be a massive conspiracy to send one innocent guy to jail
And what's with that fourth picture, which obviously starts with a backpack that wasn't the source of a destructive explosion?

You are right, it doesn't mean they weren't involved somehow. Maybe as wargames/drills patsies told to be in certain places at certain times. But it DOES prove that the backpack which contained the bomb which killed Richard Martin, according to the FBI's exhibits, is not the same one that Dzhokhar was carrying. The high resolution file clearly shows that backpack was black. The one Dzhokhar was carrying is clearly white. Therefore the killers are still on the loose. Hard, unassailable fact.

Anyone can go to the justive.gov website where the exhibits are posted and see for themselves that the photo of the backpack with Dzhokhar standing near it and Martin on the left, is not the backpack Dzhokhar was carrying. Read the post and follow the links to the official site, use the zoom feature.
The question now is, are Americans so dumbed down that they don't know what any five year old knows. The difference between black and white. If the backpack near Martin is black, then it is not Dzhokar's which is white. Is it black or is it white. This is the only question.

So... Everyone involved in the investigation is lying.
Everyone involved in the defense is lying.
Everyone involved in the prosecution is lying.
The accused murderer is lying.
The jury is lying.
The mother is lying.
And this massive conspiracy was dumb enough to post their falsified claims for the world to see (but absolutely not just deceptive lies and claims from Internet CTs).
But OP figured it all out. All these lies, so they could accomplish.... What? Sending an innocent guy to jail/death, after he confessed? Resulting in...
Wut?

I wonder if anyone will bother to point out the obvious before they execute him.
His "defense" starts out saying he did it. He acts weird and doped out throughout the trial, is never allowed to say anything for himself. He was never allowed to talk with his attorneys without the FBI sitting right there listening, under the Special Administrative Measures law. The note in the boat isn't announced until two months after the bombing, plenty of time to get his handwriting down and do a nice job of it. The cops do everything they can to kill him and his brother before he ever sets foot in a courtroom, while they are yelling out "it wasn't us!" and "we didn't do it!" Now a terrorist conveniently keeps all the receipts for bomb making materials neatly in his wallet, so it can be discovered by the FBI.
And the mother keeps saying it was a frame-up, that the FBI was meeting with Tamerlan for years and knew everything he was doing. The guy Todashev in Florida who knew Tamerlan the best winds up dead with three bullets in the back during an interview with the FBI.
The larger point is that this is what will now pass for a fair trial. It's not about Dzhokhar. It's about us.
The brothers trying to give up and yelling "we didn't do it."

I swear when i go to sites like GLP, I wonder if CTers think ANYTHING happens in the World that the government doesn't fake. I mean no matter what's in the news...it's called a hoax. lol. Apparently 99% of the bad things ever to happen were a false flag by the government.

Well let's see what it accomplished. Actually not a bad days work for tyrannical government.
> first ever government declared lockdown of an entire city, people told to stay indoors. Course it was only a "request" but most people will interpret that as an order. The free society dies a little bit more.
> no more attorney-client privacy. Now the FBI can sit right there with you every time you talk with your attorney, uinder "Special Administrative Measures," to make sure you don't say anything they don't want that attorney to hear. Like for example, that you were framed and the FBI was in on it. No wonder all his lawyers could say at the beginning of the trial was "he did it."
http://www.latimes.com/nation/nation...107-story.html
The measures order that Tsarnaev be held in solitary confinement, and that his visits and calls are subject to monitoring.
> Push the limit on how much the public will swallow when confronted by clear corruption and an obvious railroading. They murder the guy Todashev in Florida, 3 bullets in the back, nothing happens. The FBI has to admit it had contact with Tamerlan after lying about it, nothing happens. Evidence of other men running around with and without their backpacks on that day, wearing mercenary gear, nothing happens. Media ignores all of this, nothing happens. Now the clear photo evidence, posted by the prosecution, that the bomb bag was black while Dzhokhar's was white.
If you can get people marching into their houses and locking themselves in while saying "black equals white," you've pretty much got society where you want it if you are the 1%.

As usual, a CT can only support his position with a pack of exaggerations and lies.
BRB - No more attorney client privilege
And it's really swell you believe the entire city of Boston was on lock down.
And it's somehow "corruption" to shoot a violent felon wanted for mass murder.
Where do you come up with this stuff?

It's not his backpack. Wherever the chips fall after that is not my concern. The backpack in the FBI's photo of it on the ground is black, and the one Jahar is carrying is white. It's just that simple, and I am merely pointing out an obvious, empirical fact.
It means he didn't do it. Just like they are saying here:

O lawd I remember when this happened.. Not one single person had been caught yet, or even accused, and most everybody in the entire country was scratching their heads and asking WTF. But Alex Jones and his fanbois went to work immediately lol... "There's something fishy about this.." "This has false flag written all over it!"

You could have evidence like this on your side and they can still dope you up and tell your lawyers to play along, and you could still get convicted with an opposite colored backpack right in front of everybody's nose. If you or your son ever get charged with something you did not do, be worried. Be very worried.
