Was going to type a belligerent comment in response to csb, but luckily for him, cap came in with her feel-good / positive post, so I have calmed significantly by the time I made it to this message box. Thank her, she saved you.
@Cap, I have considered cognitive behavioral therapy...but I am too cheap + w/o insurance for that. So I am starting the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program from U of Mass (free) - http://palousemindfulness.com/selfguidedMBSR.html. I keep saying that I want to meditate on the regular so hoping this will help!
@kur, I posted that Aaliyah vid in response to an Aaliyah vid ejnar posted. So while it might not surprise you if I post Aaliyah, the more I learn about Ejnar's musical tastes, the more I am surprised / impressed .

The problem will be fixed soon enough.
Ikr? The full dosage was too strong for me, so I was taking EC only 2x a day. I cut it down to just one dose in the morning on weekdays and none on the weekends. I've cut my Monster consumption by a lot which totally sucks a$$, because I just discovered the awesomeness of the Ultra Blue Monsters. :'(

I need to stick to zero calories, so my choices are limited. I would never have tried the Blue one if the Ultra Zero was completely sold out. The Blue one has a slight blueberry/blue raspberry flavor to me. So good!
Even the sugar-free Torani caramel syrup is awesome in coffee and almond milk.

@ znik....
I figured id share this with you in case it helps you with your headaches.
"In plain english, what this means is that the more omega-3 fat you eat, the less omega-6 will be available to the tissues to produce inflammation. Omega-6 is pro-inflammatory, while omega-3 is neutral. A diet with a lot of omega-6 and not much omega-3 will increase inflammation. A diet of a lot of omega-3 and not much omega-6 will reduce inflammation.

Big Pharma is well aware of the effect of n-6 on inflammation. In fact, the way over-the-counter and prescription NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin, Celebres, etc.) work is by reducing the formation of inflammatory compounds derived from n-6 fatty acids. (The same effect could be achieved by simply limiting dietary intake of n-6, as we will discuss below."

Thank you Cap6 for saving me from an angry tirade from MLJ. After I submitted the post where I mocked her proclevity for buying into conpiracy theories, I immediately became turrified of the consequences. I followed up with the speed rapper insult only to distract her.
My lips are stil quivering.

Unsweetened almond milk is pretty much the only thing I'll drink with calories now. I've been eating a lot of cabbage lately too. Last thing I made that's worth repeating was cabbage, onion, and turkey kielbasa. Delicious in those flatout wraps.
I've been messing up on the weekends, especially when I have nothing going on. Dat eating when bored syndrome. I even thought about joining the 12-week thread that just started.

Srs have to try the tony chachero creole seasoning on the cabbage and onions. Great spice up.
Ive got a stash of the poverty ole wraps from walmart Ive got to use up before I re-up for flat outs. Haha I remember when I first found those flatouts back on the OG cut, so money.
On a ham and diet swiss kick on the sara lee delightful wheat right now.

Tfw you ask friends and family to join you on a hike to celebrate upcoming birthday, but they all would rather just go to a restaurant and eat.
Haha! Which kind do you have? Spaghetti, fettucine, angel hair? lol
I eat the spaghetti version, well, like spaghetti and smother it with meat sauce. The fettucine is too soft, so I treat it like wide rice noodles. I stirfry some meat and veggies, add the noodles, and it comes out like a basic chow fun.
Just make sure you don't smell it after taking it out of the bag, rinse well, and parboil before adding it.

And we complain so much XD, keep forgetting you are more limited. Start fidgeting all day so you can have full sugar drinks lol! By the way, have you noticed your maintenance has changed at all, or has it been some time since you assessed where you are at?
MLJ - Did you get to go out this weekend?
I know you saw already on ******** but going to share again because this photography hobby is new to me and I'm ridiculously excited over every pic bahaha!
I'm going to need you to start posting before you indulge in your Nyquil addiction mmmkay?
Not even kidding, your cheap / easy / low calorie cabbage ideas have become instrumental in assisting me with adherence. Cabbage and chicken breast in chicken broth + hot sauce...yum!
Awwww
I wish I was closer, would totally go with you.

I like to think that it went up, but very little - probably like 150 calories. Nothing to brag about. I haven't been out nightwalking for months, but still maintaining my weight during the week. Stupid lights in my office keep going off again. Damn motion detector can't detect me. lol I have to wave my arms and jump up and down to get them back on. Do you think that burns enough for a couple tablespoons of ice cream?
Beautiful pic! I don't get to see sunsets often enough.
I know you'd come along, cause you're the adventurous sort. I'm tired of going to a restaurant to celebrate birthdays. That's what we do every friggin time. I'd rather go someplace with an amazing view and have a picnic.
Speaking of FB and hiking, a few people in that group blow me away with how fit they are, climbing summits every weekend.

Lowered activity and increased calorie intake some the last 2 weeks, gained like 0-200g. Yay.

Chewing ? Ain't got no time for that, gotta get them calories in fast before my body notices.
Probably due a weight spike at some point, would be nice to reach a higher weight than last years bulk (250-254). Looks so much cooler when you ditch the large amount of weight for the summer shred
Not looking too good though, only 1 month of bulking left.
Eta: But in all seriousness, it is kinda weird. From research our bodies ability to defend against overfeeding (homeostasis) is suppose to stop after prolonged overfeeding. So why the hell does mine increase ?
And where the hell was it back when I got obese ?!
eta: back when I got fat obese that is, not beast obeseLast edited by Znik; 02-24-2015 at 11:08 AM.

Thus was going to be my next post. Probably should start an immediate 3 day fast using eye of newt tea with organic lemon juice.
Its weird to be sure. After the super cut when in concentration camp mode I ramped cals to 4200 over course of 6 weeks. Had a initial bump and no gainz. Finally started putting some weight on after that. Have same experience at end of cuts now to lesser extent. Should be opposite effect. But have read of similar with others.

Sergio Oliva was another one that I swore at some point in his career I thought he looked better than arnold too but maybe it was Franco Colombo. I think Colombo didnt get as much credit as he should have.
