Looking forward to running this log here's some cliffs on what i'll be doing during it
*5/3/1 as my base for programming accessory work will very from workout to workout.
*Low carb dieting with a cheat meal every 4-7 days.
*40min of steady state cardio 3-5 days a week along with HIIT 2-3 times a week

So I will make a quick note about soreness, I did a leg workout I havent done in a while, last time I did it I was dead afterwards, this time I recovered alot quicker.
7x7 Back squat
5x20 Leg extensions
3x15 standing leg curl
3x20 lying leg curls
