So as I have been on here (forums) for a few years I will quickly sum up story and what my plan is. I suffered from anorexia since I was 14. I weighed 126 at 14 and as I grew older I've never gotten past that and I am now 19 almost 20 at 5'8 103 lbs. I want to finally just dedicate a full year of BULKING and not spinning my wheels trying to stay 6 pack-vascular-veiny-ripped. I feel like **** everyday and I suffer from hypo thyroidism and gonadism. I'm increasing my calories today from (33/300/150) f/c/p (with 50-80g fiber) to (38/320/160). Trying to come up with a push/legs/pull/HIIT ABS/repeat routine that involves progressive overload. Scale fluctuations always lead me to spin my wheels even tho I weigh on every morning same time same conditions. I can go from 100-107 within 3 weeks at same macro level-anyway
CLIFFS

ey man, first count your calories over macros god like 500 over maintanence, you need it maybe even more. Depending on that find your macros but you dont have to be so exact just get your calories, good carbs, and protein, with healthy fats. Your weight is going everywhere because your body is adjusting. when you start to eat more, you wil gain a lot very quick. IT is not fat, it is water weight. more carbs= more water retention. stick to your diet, always eat in a surplus, and get plenty of rest. diet and routine is that simple. Workout, if you are a beginner do a beginner routine. Fierce 5, ICF 5x5, and SL 5x5 are probably the main ones. Pick one and stick with it, they are all progressive programs. Eat, Lift, Eat more, Rest, Repeat. Good luck, you will be surprised with what you can do. Dont worry about your abs anyways abs on a skinny guy is like boobs on a fat chick. plus you have a lot of fat to put on, even if you put on a lot, you will still look good. build those muscles and abs too you will look, and feel better.

yeah dude you are killing youself. Your body needs energy to grow. you are trying drive a car without any gas its just not gonna work. Eat more, a lot more. stop dieting there is no point to it, by now you may have screwed up your metabolism tbh your body is starving ecery day and doing cardio makes it wanna cry a little more. Start now, its not too late and in a year, you better look back and be damn proud of yourself for what you did. good luck dude, surprise yourself.
