Getting a bit disillusioned with my poverty bench strength gains.

Been eating 3500 to 4000 calories a day, put on about 6kg in bodyweight in last 3 months, benching twice a week, worked on technique and still only tiny strength gains. Just failed the last rep 4 times on a 8x3 77.5kg.

yeah i train there too mate, what a chit gym ha, caught my eye because its 24 hours and on the seafront but i'm full of regrets after being there only a couple months. i'm usually there anywhere between 1pm-6pm.
