Goal: To gain 20 lbs of muscle + keep my surf muscles in tune
Proposed Workout Summary: Consists of the 6 day Dwayne Johnson the rock Hercules routine one muscle group per day weight lifting program.
A big badass diet.
And 30 minutes of swimming before each workout.
Question: Will my body have enough time to recover if I am swimming every day with the proposed workout? Please shed some light on the why with your answer. I know muscle rest has a million different trains of thought.
