May I ask u a question?
It seems that ur best lift is your deadlift at 633 competition lift, that is around x3.1 ur bodyweight, which makes me believe that you were built to deadlift. And in the video it seems u have long legs, long arms, short torso, so u were built to deadlift.

Mine isn't as good.
At 177lbs my deadlift is 515lbs, I was close to 530lbs, almost had it. I will hit 540lbs-550lbs before my competition.
I am competing end of January or start of February. May I ask what u do for your squats to build them???
Currently I switched from low bar to high bar because I can't squat low bar. Recorded and took numerous pics of my bar position, did all numerous flexibility drills and stretching etc, and I still have pain in my rear delt from low bar squats. So I only high bar squat.
I can squat 405lbs high bar at 177lbs. I would like to eventually hit 480-500lbs at 177bs. Any tips?
I am currently trying pause squats during my warmups.
