3. I read they had some cocktail mix of meat and water which they drank, similiar to todays whey protein, it was used by those in olympics.

4. Due to vanity, aestethic obsessions but also healthy spirit (something to do with philosophy) they exercised a lot. For example i just spent 5 hours playing WoW while some aestethic obsessed greek would probably use that time to build his body.
