Controlled Labs White Pump and White Flood reborn Review

i just got some free samples to try out and the came lightning quick to my mail box. i couldnt wait to the new white pump.


White flood reborn- juicy watermelon

mix- 9.5/10
very good mix and dissolved nearly complete with little effort.

taste- 9.5/10
very good tasting. the watermelon taste is well done and balanced in this product. could drink all day.

effective- 8.5/10
felt the need to go to the gym and was amped up in a few minutes. this has to kick in early and that what i look forward to in a pre workout. had plenty of energy to go into my last few sets. good stuff.

White Pump- pineapple

mix- 9.5/10
same as above. controlled labs does well of this.

taste- 9/10
another very good tasting pre workout. i havent tried to many pineapple flavor supps and this one does well to replicate what a pineapple should taste like.

effective- 8/10
i felt that this was a tad weaker than white flood. it took longer for me to get into the amped state but once it did kick in the workouts go very smoothly.

The watermelon flavor is some of the best that I have ever had. The last time I took White Flood Reborn was back in April and I still think about the flavor. It worked really well for me as a pre should but I got tolerant to it about halfway through the tub.

Thanks for the review and for not feeling amped up on White Pump is because there is no stims in it but it does have pump and strength enhancing ingredients in it though.
