You look fkn incredible nohomo.
Any ideas on how I can get 'somewhat' lean and ok for the beach in exactly 2 months time?
I'm 185cm and weigh 118KG.
I've got a lot of muscle under my fat, been lifting 5ish years but never been shredded.
I'm just worried If I drop calories too low, I'll lose strength.
Current lift stats for 1MR -
bench 160KG
dead 210KG
leg press 670kg
Please advise. Also not really interested in eating CLEaN nomsayin?

Whats the most effective way to start a cut, when maintaining muscle mass and strength is also a priority?
Im about 500 surplus now, was thinking drop to maintenance for a week then drop 200 for next two weeks and just maybe sit there for a couple of weeks then drop another 200.
Would be awesome to hear how you would do it*DYEL crew*

Can you reasonably eat hamburgers every day on a cut if you make the patties out of extra lean ground beef, egg, onion, seasoning, 1 slice of processed cheese and 1 bun??

Get to know your parents: you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings: they're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it: it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.
