count me out, back to day 1. been doing 7 day cycles, its going real well, and dont feel bad about it at all. I go insane days 5-7, so mild moderation keeps me sane. were all gonna make it brahs!

My acne clears up after a couple of weeks of no fap. Also, it helps to wash your sheets and pillow cases at least once a week. You'll notice a difference.

Going strong today. Had fun with a forum post that I never would have had the courage to write up before. I just don't care what people think or say about me. When I was a slave to viewing porn, I had no positive emotional supports for myself. I had no tools with which to handle life. Today, after over 2 1/2 years of no porn, the fukking FEAR of living is so diminushed. As a mature adult I realize failure is a natural thing that teaches me much. As an adolescent (I consider all the years ofmy life from 23-32 as my adolescence), all I could think about was fear-inducing sh!t and the only thing I knew to do about it was to sit in front of my computer with my pants around my ankles and drool over millions of hot bodies until I came. The fear was only compounded each time due to the guilt and shame I felt.
Since getting away from porn I have been able to use masturbation as a healing thing instead of a destructive force. I'm careful not to let it become compulsive again so I enjoy doing long stretches such as this one (38 days now).

Do what makes you feel good about yourself. When you feel an honest contentment inside, you've usually done the right thing. When I was first into my recovery, I asked a guy? "How do I know what the RIGHT THING is??? He told me, "-how the fukk do I know. But I do know what the wrong thing is." Anything is better than my addictive behaviors!

Great post brah. Been a porn addict for 12 years of my life. Around half my life has been wasted on this addiction. It's pathetic to think about the amount of time I've spent over the last 12 years looking at porn instead of being productive and doing something that actually benefits my future. I've gone 77 days of np/nf last year and those days were the best and most productive days I've had in my life. I'm currently on day 7 and plan to destroy that record.
