Been getting far too much negative attention from the female gender with DM's and trying to be sneaky behind my girlfriends back and talk to me.



Of course I show her all the messages, and doesn't much care for them, but never has asked me to stop as she understands why I do it and that it's more for my personal progression and reference...but out of respect for her and the fact that I just don't feel it appropriate to even recieve these types of messages, I've basically began refraining from the majority of my physique posts, with the exception of a transformation pic/progress pic on OCASSION.

I feel ya, I made the mistake of posting before/after back pic on fb. Sisters made jealous type comments and mom was also being negative. IG is more tolerant of stuff like that. Non lifters just see sexualized partial noods and showing off, wheras lifters, while may still make offhand comments, they also look at it objectively and actually know what to look for and can appreciate good progress.

The hubs knows what I post and I think that's nice u do that for ur girl.

Tomorrow we just have some last minute running around to do and then we flu out to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Saturday at 6am. Going for a week. Should be a nice relaxing time. All Inclusive at a nice Hotel. Last vacation we planned way to many things to do and never got to relax on the beach. This time only 1 day trip of the city is planned.
