So after a few years of doing nothing i started working out again, i gained 20 lbs of fat in the last 2 years and want to get it of.
I cleaned up my diet and started doing some exercise.
I am not in a hurry, my goal is to get under the 15% fat by next year summer, and if its below 10% i'm having a party.
My diet consists of 180-200 grams of protein per day and i complete my daily intake with carbs and fats till i get 2200-2300 kcals a day.
I track my calories with Myfitnesspal and will post my info every day.
My training is very different every day/week, i got a lot of old injuries and try to go slow on those points, i do a lot of stretching every day and keep the weights low for this time, i do 45 minutes on the hometrainer every day for fat loss and to get some stamina.
Stats now are
218 lbs
25% fat
