i have to cut some weight. the heavier i got, my run time got worse and worse but still passable. gained as much as 49lbs since sep 2012. doing more running and strength routines and not really focusing on building muscles. active recruiter told me he could take me asap too without going to basic again. 18x. i kinda did want to go back though.
20 IS 20. AT LEAST POST IN THE THREAD.

Dude. That's horrible, I'm sorry.
I was supposed to go to JRTC in Jan. Decided to get out and go to school. Computer science stuff, since networking with a clearance is pretty good pay. Maybe go through ROTC and come back as an officer. Dunno.
Can't get any sweet jobs doing sweet HUMINT spooky stuff with my resume Plus wifey is staying in, so trying to find a way to stay close-ish to Fort Drum.
Also... My unit has a "pre-Air Assualt" PT group. Just went to AA, that **** is easy as fuark. Except slingloads, kinda stressful cause you know you're dropped if you dont find the gigs quickly.

Phuck me. I just got hosed on my new job.
I have been trying for this new gig for 4 years and finally got it. now that I am here, the G1 just transferred me to another complete BS job. I would rather gouge my eyes out with a MRE spoon. I came back to TX to spend time with all my family here and stop travelling so much.
Now I have been told I am leaving in two weeks for 90 days, and the rotation will be every other 90 days. Oh, and the field grades do staff duty. WTF..US Army 1998-2020

How do civilian doctors handle people with Tricare? Is there a specific letter or card or something I need in case I have to visit a civilian doctor for any reason?
I ask because I want bloodwork done as well as another little test to make sure my promiscuity hasn't bitten me in the ass."The worst thing I could be is just like everyone else."- Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Call tricare or call the doc office and be all like "yall take tricare?"
Go in, when they ask for insurance card be all like "shiiiit they don't give me one. here's my social"
Get blood work done....stay up at night worrying for the next couple days.
Get phone call, doc be all like "we need you to come in to discuss your results"“I play real sports…not trying to be the best at exercising.” -Kenny Powers
