Best Supplement to take prior to an Exam

I have a written officer exam that is coming up this Saturday, and was wondering if there are any recommendations supplements that would better my focus during the exam. I currently use Muscle Pharm Assault at the gym, but not sure if this would be a good choice to take "Pre-Exam"

Focus-driven pre-workouts could be helpful.

Two notes:

- You'll want to study in the same state you take the test in. So study with the stack too. Research state-dependent memory.

- You'll want to practice and make sure you have the right caffeine nailed down. Nothing worse than tweaking your brains off because you took too much caffeine and can't calm down.

I will agree here. FXT is something that will aid in the Focus department, and something I truly believe in; but high doses of Choline can need some adapting to (I normally recommend starting with half a scoop to assess GI distress).

OP, try Alcar at 2g with 200hcg of Huperzine A + Caffeine.
