    Where to incorporate deadlift?

Want advice on where to do my deadlift.

My routine is Push,Pull (Maybe deadlift here),Legs (Deadlift no squats), Break, Push, pull, Legs (Squat workout)

Idk if i should do them on my first lighter leg day because it's after a back day or just do them on that first pull.

On pull days. Do pull/push/legs then you'll have a break between deads and squats

Yea, thats what i was thinking. or just doing rack pulls on my pull day cause my main focus is really just hitting my back on deadlift. I normally would do deadlifts on legs but im already trainig legs them twice a week as it is.

I always do push first because my chest is legging its always a mental thing to me to hit it hard right after a break day. good suggestion though

I'm doing pull/push/legs at the moment and it's working really well for me. I also find hitting chest after pull better also. I can still hit chest just as hard, if not harder than doing it first off.

    Good luck!

Push/pull/legs is relatively new to me i just heard increasing training frequency and lowering volume is the way to go. Through the research i done online push/pull/legs seems to be the most optimal for naturals so i figured id give it a try

Deadlift should be it's own day. Any serious lifter programs at least a day per week where deadlift is the primary focus.
