Dang znik you had some good mass gains over last year. Only 5 pounds lighter and looking much denser.

Yep pretty happy with it, the before pic is mid bulk so glycogen stores are full, bloated and getting fat while the current is from a few days ago when I was close to depleted.
Will probably be around 220-222lbs with glycogen topped up.

Yea it's pretty mind blowing that we're only looking at a couple pounds of difference between your 2 pictures.

Im on track today. Ill be just under 1800 calories which should be what i burn doing pretty much nothing all day and I walked around a good bit plus did an hour of cardio today.

MrM27 if anything I'd say you look a little leaner this year at the higher weight.

Znik that side by side is scary, bigger, leaner and lighter in a year says it was a good year for you!

Finally took some proper 'start' pics. Waist (only measurement I care about when cutting) is: 31in and am 157lbs...leftover grilled pork chops, chicken leg quarters, homemade baked mac n' cheese, potato salad, and baked beans from 4th of July did me in for dat dere bloat.













Looking to get leaner to set myself up for a proper lean bulk beginning Sept 25th (will be 2 year anniversary of transformation).

^^^Lol. TFW Albinos feel bad for you. I was finally able to get a tiny bit of color this past weekend. I will be on a mission to hit the beach every week before going to Mexico. I refuse to go there and end up sun burnt.

Just to get an idea of the insane amount of water I retain when eating like a glutton...I've already lost 10lbs since yesterday. Srs. I already made a one day transformation in the stomach bahaha!

Fun and exciting for sure. But sometimes it can be tough with 2 fiesty Hispanics going at each other but that doesn't happen often.

She most definitely shares my gelato, ice cream, pizza and taco love. It's great to have someone to share that with but if I don't enforce limits on us we would spiral out of control. She does think I'm nuts with how much I have in the freezer but she loves going to new spots to try.

I put together a split screen. The picture on the left isn't super clear but it was pretty much me at my leanest last summer, 143 lbs. Picture on the right was this past Saturday. I wasn't going to do it but I stepped on the scale this morning, 155.5 lbs.

Yea trust me I never ever thought I would have to get as light as I got in order to achieve the look I wanted. It make you feel a little pathetic at times but I always remind myself that I look much better at the beach than I do in street clothes.

I got a few pics of me at 160 from a few yrs back all carb depleted & looking tiny on my bodyspace.
Then I spent a week carbing up & I have a pic of that somewhere on my dropbox but can't link it because of the firewall at work.

i'm sure i've added some muscle since then & i'm sure i probably had more fat than I thought so i guess I gotta cut back down to 160 to figure it.

I cant wait to hit full natty noob gainz stats and take pics again at 215. I have a really pathetic 205-210 seties of pics to before and after.

And just curious, you don't have to answer, but what does your screen name mean or signify? It sounds kinda japanese.

Usually, games are two 25 min halves. This will vary b/w 20-28 mins depending on the place. Three in a row is fun. You're normally subbing in and out so you don't play the entire 50 mins. Probably more like 30.
