Sorry Nate. This challenge thread is limited to the LF Chat regulars. If you're looking for a support thread check this one out:

There's two months left, and I think Wankelpt lets latecomers participate.

Im on track today. Ill be just under 1800 calories which should be what i burn doing pretty much nothing all day and I walked around a good bit plus did an hour of cardio today.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

From the pics so far I feel I'm in way over my head with these seasoned regulars in here!
MrM27 if anything I'd say you look a little leaner this year at the higher weight.
Znik that side by side is scary, bigger, leaner and lighter in a year says it was a good year for you!
All these before pics are better than where I expect my "afters" to be - nothing like some motivation!Lift heavy things, eat according to your goals.

Finally took some proper 'start' pics. Waist (only measurement I care about when cutting) is: 31in and am 157lbs...leftover grilled pork chops, chicken leg quarters, homemade baked mac n' cheese, potato salad, and baked beans from 4th of July did me in for dat dere bloat.
Looking to get leaner to set myself up for a proper lean bulk beginning Sept 25th (will be 2 year anniversary of transformation).

^^^Lol. TFW Albinos feel bad for you. I was finally able to get a tiny bit of color this past weekend. I will be on a mission to hit the beach every week before going to Mexico. I refuse to go there and end up sun burnt.
@OzChops, thanks brother. Honestly all the kind words have really been making me feel proud of what I got done this past year. And is motivating me for the next cycle.

"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

I got a few pics of me at 160 from a few yrs back all carb depleted & looking tiny on my bodyspace.
Then I spent a week carbing up & I have a pic of that somewhere on my dropbox but can't link it because of the firewall at work.
i'm sure i've added some muscle since then & i'm sure i probably had more fat than I thought so i guess I gotta cut back down to 160 to figure it.

No worries, Kure. Just repost your ending pic from the last thread if you're busy. How long do the 2-3 soccer games you play at night take? I notice you're up pretty late some nights.
And just curious, you don't have to answer, but what does your screen name mean or signify? It sounds kinda japanese.

Usually, games are two 25 min halves. This will vary b/w 20-28 mins depending on the place. Three in a row is fun. You're normally subbing in and out so you don't play the entire 50 mins. Probably more like 30.
