Line cuts are made in the kitchen.
Develop your arms and shoulders, lose bodyfat. His shoulders are sculpted in such way because of all the indirect work he does on them (probably in one workout), eg: push-pull routine with chest/back compounds and possibly direct shoulder exercises in the same workout.
