weird..it's like i don't know anyone here anymore. I will happy pass out reps if someone could catch me up on the last year's gossip? I hop on here and I see things like ceo's of company's getting bashed....people saying we could never take any trutein product based on 'what they did'.

For a longtime and friendly member anyone mind catching me up on the biggest gossip and breaking news in supplements over the last year?

I'd say look into Hemavol if love a stim free product that can stack with just about anything and give you insane pumps...and Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey line has a ton different flavors most of which everyone is loving...just to name a couple of things

Ground breaking new supplement seems to be clear muscle by muscletech (HMB-FA) whether it lives up to the tampa study, well we'll see pretty soon considering it hasnt been 12 weeks since its release and thats the duration the study ran for. Looks promising, and there's more studies coming up more often, saw one the other day on its effects on interval sprints

There's been a lot of interest in two new products recently, King from Cutler Nutrition and Clear Muscle from MuscleTech. Clear Muscle has an insane study backing it, but the jury is still out for the most part on whether it can live up to the hype.

Newer proteins that get a lot of love: BPI Whey-HD, PES Select, Bio-X Whey

TruNutrition Sciences changed their name to Body Nutrition (no one really knows why). Still make Trutein, but it gets a lot of hate.



Still 57 threads per day on what's the best creatine, should I take glutamine, arginine is awesome, etc.
