Hi guys,
Just wanted to start by saying that I'm not looking for advice on how to be as big as jay cutler or any type like that, the body type I'm looking for is more like a chris hemsworth in Thor. That being said if I'm posting this in the wrong section or website let me know. I've been cutting for around 2 months now and have gotten down from 180lbs to around 173 lbs, I'm also 6 ft 3. I still definitely have bulge around my lower tummy and I want it gone. My question is do I continue my cut to get rid of it, or should I start my bulk so that area looks better in general. Also if someone could give me a body fat estimate that would be great.

You look far too skinny. You aren't going to lose that extra stomach fat until you have some muscle underneath. I tried doing what you are doing (i.e. leaning out as much as possible without a base of muscle) and it simply doesn't happen past a certain point. You can't just lean out indefinitely since the body needs to hold onto something. It will be much easier to lose that belly fat once you build up some more muscle underneath. Then your body will be far less reluctant to give it up. And objectively, there is no reason why someone who is 6'3" and 173 should be losing more weight anyway, regardless of BF.
I would start ramping up the calories into bulk mode. Put on muscle, don't worry about abs or belly fat too much, and pack on the mass. And once you are done, then you can lean out much more effectively.

Depends on if you wanna show them abs for the ladies at the beach. It is SUMMER, and you are young. If you want to impress ladies, friends, etc, I'd maintain, or drop another 3 lbs just till the summer is coming to an end.
If this were not the summer, i'd say bulk 100%. If you do not care about flaunting your belly, feel free to bulk now, but bulking is the real answer.
