I thought Jay Cutler looked big in person but when I saw the video I realized he was down in size. Since Jay seems serious about retirement now, I think he should just big a comfortable downsize and stay there. I believe he used to say he wanted to shrink to 230 which would be a good size I think.

Bahahha, DJ need to drop Beyeke is more like it. You honestly think Beyeke followed the plan DJ gave him? Look at the 6 days out pics of lionel, his face is somewhat sunken in. Here he looks likes hes hiding food in his cheeks. The difference is that those pics were taken with DJ babysitting him. He probably decided to carb up harder than DJ suggested (more like savor more carbs) and probably took more diuretics thinking he was going to be better. Atleast something along those lines. DJ brings guys in good, Beyeke is a known slacker (for a top pro).

Jeff long is the most pathetic IFBB pro out there. I follow him on fb and IG and he contradicts himself all the time and boasts non stop. He talks too much and doesnt back it up with ANYTHING. This just verifies it, im not even talkin about the sock... Clearly he has no separation, yet he posts to 200k ppl that his separation is insane? Compared to who? Bikini girls? My avy my legs are more separated and I compete locally.Sudbury Ontario championships july june 11 2011 - 5th light heavy weight class

Ronnie Coleman is also down in size, but also [in my opinion] too big. He's 50 now and really has nothing left to prove. Now that his supplements are in 90 countries, I don't think much more needs to be done, since the brand will sort of grow itself without his presence as a massive bodybuilder. It definitely helped the brand but for Ronnie's own health, I don't see why he shouldn't be able to drop down a little more in weight.
What do you guys make of aging while maintaining as much size as Jay, Dennis, Ronnie, and others?

Agreed, but could've been the lighting as well. That being said, I think he deserved the win here, and his physique was just popping out at me in the comparison pics.
Also agreed with whoever said that Toney looked better than Morel. Morel was leaner, but Toney looked more impressive to me because his physique is perfectly balanced and has everything developed. And it ain't like he's small, either.

True...for his own health I hope he gets something else sorted out. He has a massive following already. I just don't want to see any more pros die young, but naturally we will see more.
I did see a picture he posted on FB where he said he was 230. Interestingly, he maintained his proportions at that size and didn't appear to have a frame that needed to be filled in - he was just a smaller version of himself with the same proportions. He didn't lose anything in the arms or shoulders for example.
220 would be great but in the New York Pro photos he posted, he looked much bigger than he did in the photo he posted of when he was 230.www.bodybuildingpro.com
