No, who ever is selling one for $850 needs to be shot. A reference 770 should only be $350 at most.
If you want to play on med-high settings then yes it's enough. High and ultra will kill your 780 on 3x 1080p monitors, the 780's ram will not be high enough to feed all of your monitors.

Said fuk it and pulled the trigger on a R9 290. $355 for gpu and $320 for perfect pixel QNIX 27" 1440p monitor. Hopefully I can get a good OC on the monitor. I was going to buy a PS4 later this year but decided to join the master race instead.

Time to build a new PC. Deciding between 290 and 290x for GPU. From what I've seen, there really is no point getting the 290x when the 290 OC'd does the exact same thing at $100+ cheaper. If you crossfire, the price discrepancy becomes even more significant.

I need help keeping my cards cooled in my case, I have the coolermaster HAF XM mid tower, have 5 fans in it, two big 200mm on top, 200m side panel, 200mm front, and some other fan on the back.
Running crossfire R9 280x gygabyte windforce, one of the card reaches 90c while the other stays at 70c
wot do?
To note, the sidepanel fan i have hooked up directly to the PSU by a cable because it was harder for me to hook up to motherboard everytime I open/close the case. Think hooking it up directly to motherboard will help?Yo yo yo I beez keepin it real since 02 fo real nowuimsayin

Just came across a deal for an XFX R9 280 3GB for $260. Buddy of mine is building a pc and wants my MSI GTX 760 2GB hawk (used for 2 months). I'd probably charge him $200, so $60 to upgrade to the 280.
Worth it?

On Newegg right now, the cheapest gigabyte 290 is 399 after rebates. I don't see any 10% off signs anywhere.

If you bought something off Newegg the past month, you should have this code linked to your account: BTEPFHW49
It would be in your inbox or spam folder as a recent Newegg promo. You can take another $30-40 off if you want to deal with that Total Defense MIR bullshyt promo they're running right now. I rather not deal with the headache.

I did a total defense rebate a couple months ago. It was very straightforward and easy. I got my rebate in less than a month (although I did do the "express" option)

Seems easy then. I went ahead and canceled my order to add the Total Defense bundle. Brand new R9 290 $329 after MIR. That's almost Ebay price on data mined cards.
I'll use a pre-paid CC to activate the software, so I don't have to worry about them trying to charge me a year later.

I want someone to release a playable demo for the Unreal Engine 4 (not just the dev kit). Need to test these GPUs.
I ALWAYS rep back, just leave a link to one of your posts in the rep comment.
