We don't lift together, it's sport and other skill stuff that we'll probably end up performing soon. No money from it yet but it's definitely pretty srs, one of my main projects. "Professional" is a sensible word to describe it, imo - like you'd have a professional relationship with bros on your phootball team or some chit. As well as perhaps a friendly social relationship.
