    Just got a bunch of free supps.. what to do.

    So I've been studying up on nutrition and have been in a caloric deficit for 3 months now, It's worked great, I've lost ~12kg and ~12cms off the waist.
    This has been with no supplementation (other than a protein scoop in a nightly smoothie).

    However!
    My brother was talked into buying a whole bunch of supps from a friend because he wanted to get massive (lol), but now he has ditched that idea and offloaded them to me.

    The supps are:
    BCAA's
    Creatine
    Body Effects and;
    a WPI

    All are Erkules Nutrition, with the exception of body effects obviously.

    These are my thoughts on them at the moment:
    I am of the opinion that BCAAs are a complete waste of time since I get complete protein chains from all my protein sources daily.
    I've heard creatine is alright to take during a cut as long as you are fine with a bit of bloating.
    I've taken body effects before (before I decided to learn nutrition) and I found it was a pretty good appetite suppressant, but now Im thinking that was just the placebo effect.

    But maybe I'm wrong about all of that

    Anyway after all that rambling, my question to you guys;

    If you were in my place would you throw them into the daily mix because they were free and it couldn't hurt? or would you just bin em all?

    Fat burner is up to you, maybe if you hit a plateau or something.
    And you should always have whey (to help hit protein intake for the day)

    Add the fat burner dead last if possible.
    Agree whey should be utilized to help reach intake, you do not need an isolate unless you are lactose intolerant, stick to a good brand like Scivation, XF, Cellucor, Pronom or BioX

    BCAA's are only going to benefit fasted training or dosed as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart, drop em if you dont need em.
    Creatine would be the best bet at 5g on workout days.

    Use the creatine everyday....3-5g a day, everyday. No need to load or cycle. If your cutting or training fasted, use the bcaa's around your workout or between meals. As far as the fat burner goes, use it for the last bit of your cut to just give you a little boost.
    For those that love to train!

    Cheers for the reply.

    Yeah I already utilize protein powder to help hit my daily intake.
    I don't train fasted, so I guess i'll just drop the BCAA's and start taking the creatine and maybe the thermogenic a little later on
