I agree with all the subtle points he is trying to make here. More volume =/= better if you're getting adequate stimulus to grow at your maximum rate. Where's the threshold where more volume stops benefiting you and starts harming you? That is not set in stone, but there IS a threshold somewhere. For most people, I'd expect that threshold to be below 22 sets.

Everyone else here is telling you the opposite from experience, why ask if you're just going to ignore us?
