Excellent ingredient for fat loss and recomp. Excellent for a "lean" bulk, IMO.

The newest version of Supremacy 2.0 has 99.9mg of it per three caps. Check out the non-prop blend, it is geared toward test boosting, but also makes an excellent recomp/fat loss supplement.

You can also get it in bulk format from various companies.

Yeah, sorry about that. It is a label error. Serving size is still 1 cap, but the amount of 95% Forskolin was in error.

Bump. Been taking 100mg a day over the weekend, first gym session just now and I've never lifted with such intensity? I was going full rage mode, had tons of energy and I'm not sure why... Until I realised the only thing I've changed is taking forskolin... Is this normal?

It might have helped you breathe better if taken preworkout.

maybe it was just coincidence then, but I definitely felt like a different person in the gym today.

Don't take it pre, 2 caps in morning and 2 caps with dinner. the only pre I have is hemavol + nitrates
