I couldn't do 5 sets of 12. But I've done 9 reps with the 34kg dumbbells. My lats fatigue quickly as a motherfuker. Add some weight/10
When I do pull ups I'm not particularly interested in my ability to grip a heavy object between my legs also being trained m8***70's Diet Crew***

My hammies are actually pretty good. Probably bigger than yours m8.
It's not my fault I drunk too much alcohol and managed to fuk up my finger on someone's back......oh wait .
I actually managed to train today anyway. Couldn't do any pulling even with straps because I couldn't grip, but managed to get in some decent pressing.
Benched 102.5x5,5,4 then just missed 120. I probably had 119kg in me, was SoClose.jpeg.***70's Diet Crew***

Still pretty crazy cos he's a certified bro lifter
He and a group a "lads" go round training arms and abs.
Some of the **** they do is cringe worthy

There's a site which sells 9kg for about £50-60 (discount supplements it's called, I think) which is pretty damn cheap. Obviously you have no idea how much protein is really there. Especially after those studies by that brah on Reddit (not 100% legit but I think it does go some way to showing how some are ripping you off).
Thing is, we have no idea about mark-ups on whey protein. So this really cheap places might just be still making a decent margin and just want to undercut MP and the other big boys to get sales. On the other hand, it could be like 30% protein. Also, their other costs will be lower if they don't care to advertise much or whatnot. Like MaxiRaw was on par with MP and some others but they also sponsor some athletes so that cost will have to go somewhere.Last edited by michael_xyz; 04-15-2014 at 03:00 AM.

Actually yes I got that wrong, it's more like £70 for 9kg.
But that's still really cheap.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.
