you guys like my diet plan meal 1 breakfast of course ;0 2 eggs,2 bagels,1 cup of milk meal 2- 2 cups of milk , whole grain medley rice, meal 3-you know what time it is, it snack time... peanut butter jelly sandwich, quaker oats,a fruit meal 4-sweet potato with butter meal 5- mac and cheese pasta sometimes i may swap it with lasana but bam!,im a vegeterian so i try to get much as protein as i need so , beans, i get my juicer and put bannana and apples and pears, good carbs huh? then i juice it boom! there it is then finnally dadada meal 6-2 scoops of iron whey with vitamin d milk mix in it i like fat in my milk!, a bowl of plain cheerios not the honey nut processed crap so what you think of my diet? i been trying this for a year and every now or then i switch up and i gain a ****load of gains from this. but what you think of it mates? im a high school football btw

more eggs in the morning and try and add a 2nd protein shake if you can. Your protein intake is pretty low

first off im 165 second off all i been lifting for 1 year and a half almost 2 years before lifting i use to deadlift 300 pounds countainer because i could not afford gym or weight. second off all i was a 100 pounds before i started lifting now i 165. so don`t hate, just wait because when i win mr olympia one day. you going to see where im coming from!
