    To be honest, they are all a waste of money IMO, they will work, but there are better and more importantly CHEAPER options.

    weight gainers are extremely expensive for what they are OP, and a lot of them contain a lot of sugar.

    My advice to you is, get a blender and make your own (srs)


    Milk - 400ml
    protein powder of choice - 1 scoop
    ultra fine oats (very cheap for 12lb bag) 200cals and 30g carbs per scoop - 2 scoops
    peanut butter - 2 tbsp

    900 cal, 58g protein, 86 carb, 36 fat

    There are many different recipes out there

    Go ahead and buy them if you have the money, gl.

    Like 1500 cals. Ate it today, felt like a champ after. Pretty good macros as well, it has around (macros will vary depending on your milk/oats/protein/peanutbutter) 178 carbs,42 fat, 118 protein

    This was the shake I used to make while bulking.

    3 cups whole milk
    2 scoops protein powder
    2 servings of peanut butter
    1 serving of olive oil
    1 cup oats
    1 banana (100g)
    2 cups brocolli

    I was living a bulkers dream and I would sip on it throughout the day with the rest of my meals.

    Instead of buying a weight gainer just buy a tub of protein powder.

    Mix that protein powder with peanut butter, milk, olive oil, and oats (olive oil optional-you really can't taste it and it's easy calories)

    I really liked the AllMax nutrition mass gainer. Tasted absolutely fantastic. And was 1000 calories per serving. Also another great one that my buddy used was the Optimum Nutrition mass gainer
    Stats:
    Deadlift: 520 1RM
    Squat: 455 1RM
    Bench: 2801RM
    Overhead Press: 200 1RM
