Don't laugh and i don't wear a diaper but since going back to lifting and heavy supplementing, i have had 'diaper rash' occuring between innerthigh and scrotum. I have also noticed more 'sweat' around those areas. I am very hygienic and clean so its not a personal hygiene issue. Cortisone seems to take care of it but once i stop for a while, it comes back
Anyone else have such side effects? And No, i do not pee in my pants.

use an antifungal spray, just like for athletes foot. This will take care of it.
Suppose Nancy sees me coming out of the shower and decides to come on to me. I'm looking good, got a luscious v of hair going through my chest pubes down to my ball fro. She takes one look at me and goes " Oh my god, I've had the old bull now I want the young calf" and grabs me by the weiner. -- Dale Doback

So it IS jock itch then! Dayum! What causes it? I change everyday and shower(clean clothes) at most 1 hr after workout.

That's the stuff I used.
I believe what causes it is the constant dampness (from sweat) allows the yeast or whatever you want to call it to grow. So, if the supplements cause you to sweat more, it provides the fungus with a more favorable environment. It's warm, wet and dark between your legs, what a great place to grow.

You need to scrub the area very well when bathing/showering. Just think about it, do you really get that area THAT well while showering? I use a removable nozzle head and shoot right up in there.
But anyway, you have Jock Itch. What man hasn't had that? Just get some tinactin jock itch spray, use for two weeks and you'll be fine.
And by the way, you may want to keep the ladies away from the 'grundle' until that's all cleared up.

I had the same thing kick in lately and i am sure it is due to training and some supplements which may make it a little worst as in sweating from some stims. I have used Gold Bond medicated powder and it works awesome, just throw a little in your hand dust your nuts, make sure to get those areas you spoke about, and should feel better. Every one else's solutions should work as well. Even after you take care of it, to keep it from coming back, the gold bond works great to keep you feeling " so fresh and so clean , clean" hahaha. You will see a few bottles, go for the yellow/mustard colored one.
