I had 800g carbs cheat meal. Shall I do less than 50g carbs for the next 5 day?

I had no carbs yesterday and today it was a unexpected cheat meal so I thought might as well go all out and had around 800g carbs from fizzy drinks and chocolate and fried stuff. If i do low carbs below 50-100g for the next week can i up for it ? plus do extra cardio.

OP, at the very most youve been set back MAYBE a couple of days. If you get into this habit you'll start to become a regular binge-and-purger. Trying to make up for lost weight on a cut when you didn't go perfectly is on that road.

Seems like you're counting macros and I'll assume you're lifting, good. Just keep at it and eat how much you would've.

You do realized you splurged on 4,000 calories of sugar right? Jesus Christ man.

Dwindle on this **** dude, don't just stop eating carbs or you'll go on a carb frenzy again and then before you know it you have Type 2. Just eat like normal like always so you don't screw the diet up.

One pound of fat = 3500 calories just so you know.

Hmmmm, I've would have to disagree with most of you guys. Only on the fact I had pretty much this exact routine for 3 months and cut about 15 pounds of body fat and lost no strength.

Everyone is different and how their body will respond. I'm pretty sure that is well understood.

    My routine for 3 months:
    Mon-friday.... 80-100 carbs/day (mostly from veggies)
Sat.... 1000+ carbs (still hit 240g protein too)
Sun.... 400 carbs all before 2pm

Sounds idiotic I know. Defies all rules of nutrition. But it worked. One night consisted of 12 maple krispy kremes. One night was an entire box of cereal. One was 3 whole boxes of granola bars.

Workouts consisted of 2 hours of heavy sets and supersets followed by 30 minutes of HIIT or an hour of low intensity. And 2-3 days a week I also did 45 minutes fasted low intensity cardio upon waking up. So sometimes total cardio was like hour and a half a day.

Also, supplements included: 200mg caffeine, 1g cla, 2g carnitine, 8mg yohimbe, 2g green tea extract, 2g fish oil. All taken 3 times a day.

800g of carbs extra = 3200 calories above maintenance which equals around 0.9lbs of fat gained.

why is everyone so surprised at 800g carbs and acting like 800g carbs will set back his progress so much? I eat 700g carbs daily and am possibly the leanest person ITT (except for maybe that guy above the guy above me)

When did he say that the 800g carbs was in addition to his normal macros? Also it'd be nice if calories and thermodynamics always work out so mathematically perfect, but they rarely do.

I get binging on chocolate and fried stuff.

But binging on sugar bomb fizzy drinks when there are like a hundred different 0-2 calorie per 100ml diet sodas to cheat with.. not saying its healthy. But when you're at 800g carbs jesus christ.
