New to working out. yesterday I went back to training after taking a week off. I did 4 sets of weighted ab crunches and 2 sets if chin ups. But after I did not take my recommended calories to build muscle, which is 2600-2700 calories. I only ate about 1500 calories and 80g of protein. But today on my day off I'm going to eat my normal calorie and protein intake.
Did I cause any harm to my muscles? I heard the body will start eating muscles to make up for the missing calories.

One day wont make or break anything, just move on and try not to make a habit of it.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
